The real powerhouse in this salve is the Calendula. Calendula is my favorite plant for bug (insect) bites and stings as well as any type of itching. It is so soothing, eases the itching and helps it to heal faster. The Calendula, along with organic Lavender, P atchouli, Fankincense, Peppermint and Tea Tree essential oils are very soothing to bug bites, stings, dry skin and itching.
